Tuskegee University proudly announces the launch of the Tuskegee University Natural Resource Scholars Program (TUNRSP), a transformative initiative funded by Wildlife Mississippi through a $2 million investment from 2025–2029. The program is designed to expand diversity in the natural resource sciences by recruiting and training underrepresented students in forestry, wildlife ecology and environmental science. Building on Tuskegee's legacy in agricultural and environmental education, TUNRSP combines academic excellence, experiential learning and professional development to prepare future conservation leaders.

How to Participate
Selected students begin the four-year training pathway during their freshman year while majoring in Environmental, Natural Resource and Plant Sciences. Scholars receive financial support, faculty mentoring and experiential learning opportunities throughout the program.
